The marketing of parchment, green, and roasted coffee (ground and whole bean, 250g and 500g)
We are the third generation dedicated to coffee cultivation, but the first to formally establish a business for selling coffee with our own brand. Our farm, San Carlos, is located between the La Palma and Yarumal neighborhoods in the municipality of Quinchía. We continue to follow traditional methods of harvesting, washing, and drying the beans, and we are working to reduce the use of chemicals in our cultivation. We are a triple-purpose (BIC) company, so we are focused on improving our agricultural practices to protect our natural resources and the habitat of important species like the Guacharaca. One of our steps in this direction is to be a part of the Carbon Neutral Program of the Ministry of the Environment.
