DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY
We are CHOCOLATES DEL EJE S.A.S, a Colombian company dedicated to the cacao agro-industry and the processing of cacao into chocolate and other derivatives. We were founded on October 8, 2019, to formalize our independent work as artisanal chocolatiers in the coffee region. Since 2016, we have been promoting this craft in the region, initially with some basic equipment for chocolate production.
CACAO TRUEQUES is our brand of artisanal chocolates and cacao derivatives, established on January 11, 2020, with the support of the SENA's Emprender Fund. They approved our value proposition and provided us with financing to further develop our chocolatier business in Risaralda.
