Delicias Luzma was born in Sabaneta, Antioquia, approximately 19 years ago. It was founded by María Luz Restrepo, my sister. In 2005, I moved to Sabaneta to work with my sisters, and together we participated in the 'Antójate de Antioquia' competition in 2005 and 2006. We won in the first year with a vegetarian lasagna made from ripe plantains and in the second year with chicken and mushroom lasagnas. As part of the prize, we had the opportunity to have our products sold in Éxito and Carrefour chain stores for a year.

Later, I returned to live in Pereira, and my sisters continued with the business until it closed in 2015, and its founder passed away in 2019. In the meantime, I dedicated myself to producing lasagnas here in Pereira seasonally. In 2020, in memory of my sister, I decided to restart Delicias Luzma. The product has been very well received, and my customer database has expanded. Tecno parque has helped me design the corporate image, logo, labels, and packaging for the products. We have also standardized the formulations for the minimum viable product and conducted durability tests, as well as made innovations in line with market trends.

We have participated in calls for proposals with Sena and the Pereira municipal government, obtaining trademark registration and sanitary registration for the lasagnas, which gives the product greater strength and better market prospects.
