Laguacateria was born from an experience in developing agriculture projects focused on avocados. This helped me gain a deep understanding of the nutritional values of avocados and their applications. During the pandemic, the decision to start a business was made, and I began to develop our most advanced product, called MAYOCADO (avocado mayonnaise), which has a high fruit content.
