The business is characterized by innovation in its products, both in bakery and coffee, using coffee from its own production for sale in the store since 2012.

It's a family business with a history dating back to 1968 when it was founded by Arnubio Grajales Adarve. In 2004, his sons Carlos Andrés and Cristóbal took control of the company and breathed new life into it, leading to its consolidation. Subsequently, Julián Darío and Julio Grajales joined the project, with the latter being the current owner.
