En essence, we are the heritage legacy of the Coffee Cultural Landscape and a collection of emotions, fantasies, and meaningful experiences for our tourists. Therefore, we are constantly creating personalized tourist experiences. Additionally, we support the tourism guidelines and policies of the department and/or municipality.
We also have an online presence and on social media to respond to the demands of increasingly discerning and informed users.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we promote responsible tourism by applying best practices and collaborating with environmentally conscious suppliers.
Viajes Fantasía Operador Turístico was established on July 17, 1995, in the city of Pereira, initially as a natural legal entity. By the year 2000, the company had already established a strong presence at both the local and national levels, thanks to its commitment to the tourism sector. This commitment was demonstrated through constant interaction with various guilds and stakeholders in the productive and value chain of the sector. Additionally, the company received support from governmental entities on multiple occasions.
With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were compelled to transform the company into an SAS (Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada), as a strategy to improve its commercial and legal organization.
However, the most significant transformation occurred thanks to the loyalty of our customers. They strengthened our company by referring new clients and contacting us through various means, especially via WhatsApp. In response to this gesture of trust and credibility, Viajes Fantasía resumed its activities with even greater dedication, inspiration, technology, and creativity.
Today, we look forward to continuing to strengthen these bonds with our customers and with business and government entities, with the goal of contributing to the development and growth of tourism in the region.
