Their main characteristics include being products made from natural panela without chemicals or preservatives. For example, "Panelaza" with flavors is a powdered panela product with a delicious combination of natural flavors, handcrafted in the city of Pereira, Risaralda.
Panelaza was born from the idea of creating a product for the benefit of people, as the market is saturated with refreshing beverages that contain preservatives and chemicals that can harm health. Based on this and proper analysis in important laboratories, we can say that Panelaza is part of an intelligent diet due to its content of iron, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin C, making it a natural energizer.
