This company originated from the experience and knowledge in the metalworking field, combined with Mr. Carlos Mario Gallego Sánchez's passion for coffee. He founded it as "Metálicas Belén" in 1991. Then, in 1998, the name was changed to "Agrometalicas Gallego," and in 2015, it acquired its legal status as "Agrometalicas Gallego S.A.S." By 2017, due to significant growth in the Agroindustrial sector, it once again changed its name to "AGROINDUSTRIAS GALLEGO SAS."

Throughout the years since its establishment, the company has traversed the country with the aim of thoroughly understanding the needs of the coffee sector. Therefore, it has evolved in terms of technology and material quality to reach coffee growers in every corner of Colombian territory, offering tools to facilitate the transformation of the coffee industry.

In addition to its primary activity, the company is also involved in coffee trading with its own brand, "Don Gallego Café," which has been well-received internationally, with several exports to countries such as Canada, the United States, Dubai, and Taiwan.
