Our Association's main distinction is our strong commitment to our producers, where through fair payment for their coffee, we generate a positive impact on the associated families. Additionally, we have a solid and responsible team, composed entirely of Producers and their children, highlighting our commitment to generational continuity, demonstrating different ways to contribute to the development of coffee culture from different parts of the chain. We also have a 100% producer-owned coffee shop located in the main square. In addition to offering an excellent view of the main square, this Coffee Shop complements the municipality's architecture in its highest expression. This Coffee Shop offers various types of high-quality coffees to locals and visitors, and it is attended to by the children of producers who have seen Barismo (the art of making coffee) as another way to become involved in this interesting coffee chain.
