Located in BELEN DE UMBRIA / RISARALDA, it is dedicated to the production of panela (unrefined whole cane sugar).
It was created more than 22 years ago, starting with a group of producers who saw the need to come together to formulate projects and gather resources for the sugar mills, in order to achieve better quality and productivity for the market.
