We started our idea in 2014 with coffee from my hometown, Apía, where we offered coffee preparations served in cups to our customers. From there, the idea of creating a roastery emerged, allowing us to control all our processes to consistently offer excellent quality specialty coffee. We acquired the farm where we cultivate our coffee in the best way, with processes from planting to drying. Then, we move to our processing plant to maintain the highest coffee quality.
