Arte y Joyas began in 2000 as a jewelry workshop in which traditional jewelry was worked. With the support of SENA, Artesanías de Colombia and the Government of Risaralda, the municipality was strengthened in the transformation of precious metals such as gold and silver, which are the main activities of the municipality of Quinchía.

It is at that time where we trained in techniques such as filigree, coming from Mompox, and from that moment, the municipality began to be recognized as one of the places where filigree is made in materials such as silver and gold, with a 100% handmade elaboration by our goldsmiths.

In addition, we are characterized because our designs are inspired in our coffee region, elaborating coffee beans, poporos, indigenous deities, among others.
