The "Asociación de Productores de Café de Alta Calidad de Marsella", or well known within the municipality by its acronym AROMA de Marsella, was created with the aim of identifying the profiles of specialty coffee in the department of Risaralda, starting with the municipality of Marsella. In this way we seek an international and national market, with the objective of strengthening the economy of coffee growing families, especially those that are committed to a change of mentality to produce a coffee of Marseille origin, fulfilling the cup requirements or with fermentation processes, be it honey, natural coffee or washed coffee with ferment.

We work hand in hand with each one of the affiliated coffee growers that wish to continue with the process, since it is a slow work, but the goal is to place coffee growing at an international level, which is the target market of the association, since they are the ones that prefer to consume quality coffees, starting with the origin; coffees without blends and looking for varietals that meet and fulfill the requirements in this topic of specialty coffee, which is not the same as commercial coffee.
