DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY

We are a family company created in the year 2022. Initially, it was founded with the purpose of marketing and positioning coffee in general, generating unique experiences. Currently, we have a coffee with a registered trademark: COFFEE OF ORIGIN 17-01 VEREDA SUECIA, COMBIA, RDA. We are producers of our specialty coffee, and we have control in the process of planting, harvesting, fermentation, drying and selection of grains, to later send them to the processes of threshing, roasting and packaging in a recognized company in the region.

We are a specialty coffee from the region of the coffee axis, specifically from the department of Risaralda, in the municipality of Pereira, in the village of Combia, Vereda La Suecia. Our beans are cultivated in the Monterrey farm, of family property, at an altitude between 1,300 and 1,400 meters above sea level. We have a family and coffee tradition since 1972. Harvesting is done by hand, with a detailed artisanal selection of the ripe beans. The beans are pulped and placed in a controlled fermentation process of between 12 and 36 hours depending on the process (Washed, Honey, Natural). Drying is done in a traditional way in the sun on special beds. Finally, the best beans are selected to be processed (threshing, mesh selection, roasting) and packaged to enjoy a delicious specialty coffee.
