Delicias Luzma began in Sabaneta, Antioquia, some 19 years ago, founded by María Luz Restrepo. In 2005, the storyteller joined the business and they won a contest in 2005 and 2006. After moving to Pereira, she continued to produce lasagnas seasonally. In 2020, he revived Delicias Luzma in memory of his sister. They have been well accepted and have worked on improving the corporate image and packaging. They also obtained trademark and sanitary registrations, strengthening the product in the market.
