Are you wondering why Don Manuel? Because Manuel was our maternal grandfather, who also cultivated coffee and was a muleteer in the region of Santa Rosa de Cabal in the thirties. A man remembered for his enterprising spirit and kindness in his home with Ana Maria; everyone was welcome and anyone who needed hospitality had it.
