Our company is in charge of transforming cocoa into chocolate bars with high percentages and initially started with the brand Chocolate Joselo, named after the founder's grandparents (Eloisa and José Antonio). Through a family recipe, we began to develop tests until we reached the chocolate bar suitable for commercialization. With the passing of time, we have been technifying and improving the processes to obtain a better quality in our products.
